OK….I totally, completely forgot about this blog!! I regularly read 3 or 4 blogs and always tell myself I should make one. Little did I know (or should I say remember), I created this one a few months ago!! From now on, I will make an effort to blog at least 3 times a week, especially now that I’m going off to college and will have more time on my hands!



As you can see in the picture above (and no, it isn’t from December 2008….my camera is messed up), I had a little injury! Too much running in May/early June 2012 caused me to develop a painful stress reaction in my left foot, causing me to have to wear “the boot” that I am sporting in the photo above, on vacation in Mexico. Long story short, I recovered and have been running for a few weeks again, boot free! I’m loving it. Below is my workout schedule for the week.

Monday- 5 mile tempo run

Tuesday- 45 minutes cardio (Stairmaster machine) 

Wednesday- 5 mile interval run (ouch, this one hurt!) + strength moves

Thursday- 60 minutes cardio (Stairmaster machine) + foam rolling

Friday- 5 mile hill work out run (done on treadmill) + 20 minutes cardio

Saturday- 60 minutes cardio + strength moves

Sunday- 5 mile tempo run (either outside or treadmill…haven’t decided yet
